Above is a map of South Korea. The arrow is pointing in the general area of Suji. Fred is also going to South Korea. He leaves a few days after me and will come back about 2 weeks earlier. The city that he will be in is called P'ohang. I think it is about 3.5 hrs from Suji. P'ohang is a fishing city with the coast to the east and mountains to the west. I think it will be beautiful!

It's official, I am headed to South Korea!

I will be teaching English to kids ages 5-12 in Suji, South Korea for the next year. Suji is about an hour southeast of Seoul. I am leaving mid-July (I am not sure on the exact departure date yet) and will start teaching on August 1st, 2009. My contract ends July 31, 2010.

Right now I am working on getting everything ready for my Visa.
